By accessing or using Sendmysignal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sendmysignal, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order or join our ambassador program.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

Signal Lab™ lets the community vote on which signals become products. Votes must be genuine — automated voting, ballot stuffing, or manipulation of any kind is prohibited and may lead to account removal.

Winning a vote does not guarantee production; final decisions rest with Sendmysignal based on feasibility and community response.

Drops are small-batch. Preorders reserve a unit; production and shipping timelines are shared per drop. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice before an order is confirmed.

Payment is processed by our payment partners. By placing an order you authorize us (or our processor) to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Shipping estimates, return windows, and preorder policies are covered on our Shipping & Returns page. Those terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All designs, artwork, copy, and marks — including Signal Lab™, Social Battery™, Current Phase™, and Mom Mode Signals™ — belong to Sendmysignal or their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products without written permission.

By submitting content (comments, applications, ideas, testimonials) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it in connection with running and promoting Sendmysignal.

Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content and restrict accounts at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to breach security, or using Sendmysignal for anything illegal.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific signal will become a product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendmysignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Sendmysignal's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
