2. Our Services

We provide physical products and optional digital interaction features, including QR-based Signal experiences.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform respectfully. You may not harass, exploit, or misuse others.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, your data is securely stored using our backend provider (e.g., Supabase). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6. Signal Identity System

Certain products may include unique identifiers such as QR codes or digital links ("Signals"). These are designed to enable optional interactions between users. Interactions through QR codes or profiles are voluntary. SendMySignal is not responsible for offline interactions between users.

You acknowledge that:

• Signals may link to user-created profiles or content
• You are responsible for what you choose to share
• SendMySignal is not responsible for interactions that occur outside the platform

7. Orders & Payments

Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full payment details.

8. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days unless the product is customized or linked to a unique QR identity.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, designs, and content belong to SendMySignal.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes from interactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for user interactions or outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.
